tub. It offers spacious and beautifully furnished self catering holiday accommodation that is perfect for family
gatherings or larger parties. With five bedrooms, it can sleep eleven guests comfortably (or twelve by adding a z-bed).

Pitermo Farmhouse has been renovated and furnished to the highest standard and is heated by full oil-fired central
heating. This self catering property has been awarded 5 Stars by Visit Scotland.
Ground Floor
- Lounge
This large, open-plan lounge boasts comfortable sofas and easy chairs grouped around a log fire. Furnished with
beautiful antiques, pictures, ornaments and soft lights, it provides a pleasant place for relaxing. Stairs lead up
to the first floor.
- Kitchen / Dining Room
This large modern farmhouse kitchen is a light room with beautiful views to the south and east. It has a central island
unit, large fridge freezer, wood burning stove, a large farmhouse kitchen table seating twelve, and is equipped with
every 'mod con' you can imagine!
- TV Room
This separate TV room has a large, comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, side tables and lamps, and is equipped with a
42 in wall mounted plasma screen television, DVD / video combi and Sky (basic package,) giving maximum flexibility for
your viewing entertainment. Let the kids watch DVDs while you relax in the lounge or hot tub! A selection of toys and
games are also provided.
- Master Bedroom
Located towards the back of the farmhouse and enjoying lovely views, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, large
wardrobe, wood-burning stove and tv. The ensuite bathroom has a free-standing Victorian style bath, wc, wash basin
with vanity unit, and a separate shower cubicle.
- Shower Room
This downstairs facility has a shower cubicle, wc and wash basin.
- Utilities
The back door leads out to the garden and car parking area. A separate building houses a washing machine and tumble
dryer, two large Belfast sinks, an airer and a washing pulley. This is an ideal place to leave your wellies, etc! An
adjacent store is stocked with logs and sticks for the fire.
First Floor
- Bedroom One
The Blue Room faces south and west with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. This is a large, bright room
with a zip and link double bed (or twin beds by prior arrangement), large wardrobe and chair.
- Bedroom Two
The Green Room faces over the front garden and has lovely views. This is another large, bright room with a king-size
zip and link bed (or twin beds by prior arrangement), wardrobe and chair.
- Bedroom Three
The Beige Room is slightly smaller, but still boasts a fine view over the hills to the east, a king-size zip and link
bed (or twin beds by prior arrangement), together with a smaller wardrobe and chair.
- Bedroom Four
The Kids Room has three single beds and a large chest of drawers and is ideally suited for children or those folk of a
shorter stature on account of its low ceiling!
- Bathroom
Convenient for all the upstairs bedrooms, this spacious bathroom is fitted with a large white bath, wc, wash basin
with vanity unit, and a separate shower cubicle.
Grounds
- Pitermo Farmhouse is set in its own private grounds. To the rear of the house is a two tier terrace with a
barbecue area and a large hot tub with an integral CD player and radio! The terrace is enclosed by a high stone wall
to ensure privacy.
- The lawn on the east side of the house has young fruit trees and various herbaceous borders. On the west side of
the house is a wild flower meadow, which produces a riot of colour in the summer. A washing green is nearby. To the
front, over the ha-ha, is a large paddock where you might meet some of our Highland cattle or Hebridean sheep.
