Accommodation
- Entrance Vestibule
Leading in from the gravel driveway, the vestibule leads into the lounge. There is a cupboard for coats, which also
contains a washing machine.
- Lounge
Furnished with 'antique' furniture and attractive soft furnishings grouped around a fireplace, this room also has a
television, DVD / video combi, basic Sky package and stereo system. A feature of the rooom is the bay window, within
which is located a dining table and chairs. French windows open on to a wooden deck and garden.
- Kitchen
Located off the lounge, the kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery, glasses and
cooking utensils.
- Bedroom
Furnished with a king-size bed, the bedroom is accessed from the lounge via a small hallway.
- Bathroom
Accessed through the bedroom, the bathroom is fully fitted with a white three-piece suite and a shower over the bath.
- Garden and Hot Tub
Surrounding the property is an attractive area of garden ground, which is fully maintained. The decked area outside the
lounge offers the luxury of a hot tub, as well as garden furniture and a barbecue to allow al fresco dining on warm
summer evenings! Beyond is an orchard and a wild flower meadow. Parking is available in the drive.
