equipped, furnished with antiques and offers high quality accommodation for parties of up to six guests.

Ralston Cottage has been renovated and furnished to the highest standard and is heated by full gas-fired central
heating. This self catering property has been awarded 5 Stars by Visit Scotland.
Accommodation
- Open Plan Lounge / Dining Room / Kitchen
This entire area is laid out as one open plan living area. The furnishings comprise high quality antiques, which makes
this an ideal room for entertaining.
At one end is a spacious seating area with comfortable sofas and armchairs grouped around an open fire, a high,
vaulted ceiling and French doors leading out to the patio. A television, DVD / video combi, Freeview and stereo are
present.
The middle of the living area is occupied by a dining table seating six or eight.
The other end has a fully fitted kitchen, with all modern appliances and cupboard storage space housing all
necessary crockery and glasses.
- Master Bedroom
Offering a southerly panoramic view over the Sidlaw Hills, this double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath
and separate shower, wc and wash basin.
- Bedroom Two
This twin bedroom is located on the south side of the cottage and has an ensuite bathroom with shower over bath.
- Bedroom Three
This delightfully furnished double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom - also accessible from the hallway - with a shower
over the bath.
- Garden and Hot Tub
The cottage has a private garden, with patio and garden furniture, in which you can experience the luxury of a hot tub!
There is also a double garage.
